if they can behave like adults im fine

also mind me saying that last week i had to offheal with ONLY siggie couse we have idd that many healers and its not the first time

Age is to low imo

As a rule, fix all the things you need to fix with your caracter before applying to any guild who takes themselfs just a little serious

See that's the problems with recruits nowadays: always need to argue.

Back in my days it was "Oko, you suck, fix it!" And i was like "yes, Sir, i will, Sirr, may i have another, Sir!?"

Nowadays they wallow in apologies and self-pitty.

I don't buy the gold excuse either. Gold is so easy to come by nowadays. And like Mine pointed out: you're a blacksmith, farm the stuff you need. If you sell all the crap you've gathered on your way to 300 (tin, bronze, iron, mithril, throium), you'll even make a nice buck out of it.

i dont need to reforge as holy paladin thats #1 cuz all my gear gives haste,crit and they r really good, # 2 i will full enchant my gear now, and age doesnt matter if u got skills , and i got pvp barcers iw ill change it as soon as i can..

Gear seems low'ish for the content we're aiming at. It's safe to say that with firelands around the corner, 359 gear is a strict minimum.

Not only are your prof levels abysmal, you don't even get the full benefit of neither BS, nor mining. I can Understand the mining thing, but not having BS at 400ish makes you lose out on an extra glove and bracer socket.

Honnestly, we're in need of healers, but with the coming patch, we're gonna need healers that have a clue and are willing to put effort in their toon.
